As co-founder of Bodhisattva Trading Company in 1996, Shakti was one of the first direct importers of Tibetan Singing bowls in the US. She has guided generations of healing arts practitioners, sound therapists, musicians, medical professionals, clergy, teachers, yogis, and people from all walks of life to discover singing bowls and harness their power as transformational tools. As a Certified Mindfulness facilitator through UCLA's Mindful Awareness Research Center, she seeks to make Mindfulness accessible to all through the healing modality of sacred sound.
